All students are required to come to the Kosier Studio to register for the 2011/2012 Dance Season

TUITION & CONFIRMATION OF CLASSES
To Confirm Your Classes, you must:

Pay a $35 registration fee for classes with a check or cash – NO Refunds on registration fees.

Sign an automatic monthly payment form OR pay for the entire season with a check or cash

If you will be using the auto-debit option, you must bring 1 voided check

To Withdraw From Classes, you must:
-
A parent or adult is required to come into the studio to fill out a withdraw from. All automatic bank debiting will stop after filling out the withdraw form and a 1 month notice.

TUITION POLICY

We require that all families utilize an automated payment plan.

We offer two options
-
Autopay – which is an automatic deduction from a checking account

Paying for whole season in advance with check or cash.

If you choose option 2, we offer a 5% discount on your tuition. NO REFUNDS on tuition paid in full.

When choosing to withdraw from classes at the Kosier Studio, a parent is required to come into the studio to fill out a withdraw from. All automatic debiting will stop after a one month notice period.

32 CLASSES FROM SEPTEMBER THROUGH MAY ARE DIVIDED INTO 9 EQUAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS
ONE PAYMENT DEBITED ON THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH SEPT – MAY
MINUTES OF CLASS - TOTAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS
